We’re deep in the heart of Girl Scout Cookie season, and that means Girl Scouts are out and about at Cookie Booths set up throughout our 30-county footprint.
They’ve been attracting some prestigious customers, too! Even elected officials crave Girl Scout Cookies. Take a look at some of the people who have stopped out at Cookie Booths over the past few weeks.
State Rep. Carol Hill-Evans of York County visited members of Troop 20365 at their Cookie Booth at the York Ice Arena.
In Dauphin County, State Rep. Tom Mehaffie snapped up a few boxes of the treats from Troop 11049 at Aaron’s in Middletown and Troop 11293 at Where the Wild Things Play in Hummelstown.
Troop 30096 enjoyed a visit from State Rep. Jim Haddock, who serves parts of Luzerne and Lackawanna counties. He grabbed a few boxes of cookies and chatted with girls at Glenburn Grill & Bakery in Clarks Summit.
State Sen. John DiSanto, who represents parts of Dauphin County, stopped by Troop 10286’s booth at the Chambers Hill Fire Department in Harrisburg.
Girls in Troop 32848 enjoyed a visit from Sen. David G. Argall, who represents Carbon, Luzerne, and Schuylkill counties, when he supported Girl Scouts at a Cookie Booth at Marchianos Pizza in New Ringgold.

Centre County Commissioner Mark Higgins picked up some packages of cookies from Troop 40084 at Roots Natural Kitchen, State College.

Thank you to all the elected officials who supported our girls in their Girl Scout Cookie selling efforts! If your troop had a Cookie Booth visit from an elected official, let us know by completing a Mission Moment form.
