UPDATED at 1:30 p.m.: Our sixth annual Girl Scout Cookie Mega Drop is in the books. Today, 35,517 cases of 426,204 packages of Girl Scout Cookies were picked up by troops for distribution to customers. What a sweet way to spend a rainy Saturday! Thanks ‘alotl’ for joining us and following along!
Finishing strong in Scranton
UPDATED at 12:30 p.m.: We are rounding out our cookie distribution in the northeast region of our Council. The weather is chilly but we’re warming hearts (and tummies) with 10,594 cases of 127,128 packages going out the door! Check out the photos below.
Lots of cookies in Lewisburg
UPDATED at 11:30 a.m.: It’s a busy morning at our Lewisburg Mega Drop site! We’ve spent hours helping to distribute 4,277 cases of 51,324 packages of Girl Scout Cookies. Pearl our Early Bird mascot even made an appearance!

Cookies are flying out the door in the heart of our Council
UPDATED at 10:30 a.m.: While we cover a 30-county footprint, our council’s homebase is in the Harrisburg region. Today 7,152 cases including 85,824 packages are going home with Girl Scout leaders and volunteers, ready to distribute to girls and their customers.

Kicking off Mega Drop in the White Rose City
UPDATED at 9:30 a.m.: We are starting this rainy day in a big way with our busiest distribution site for Mega Drop! Girl Scout staff members are busy unloading 13,494 case – that’s 161,928 packages – into volunteer-driven cars, trucks, and vans here in York, PA.

Get ready for our biggest Girl Scout Cookie distribution event of the year!
Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania will kick off our annual Mega Drop event tomorrow, March 2, at 8 a.m.
Mega Drop is an all-day distribution event where Girl Scout troops pick up their Girl Scout Cookie orders at designated sites near them.
Our pickup sites will be busy at the Colonial Park Mall in Harrisburg, York Water Company in York, PNC Field in Scranton, and Lewisburg National Guard. The day is guaranteed to be action-packed and busy.
