Heart of PA
The Heart of PA award is presented for outstanding service at the council level, recognizing leaders who have gone above and beyond expectations of their position.

Juliette’s Pearls
Juliette’s Pearls are given to volunteers for outstanding service to one or more Service Units or groups for an extended period. They are a symbolic reconstruction of the pearls that Juliette Gordon Low sold in 1912 to start the first Girl Scout troop.
