Honoring our outstanding volunteers

Girl Scouts wouldn’t exist without our dedicated volunteers. Just like councils across the country, Girl Scouts in the Heart of Pennsylvania thrives thanks to the commitment of hundreds of volunteers who pour their time, energy, and passion into serving our girls.

This year, we received an overwhelming number of nominations for volunteer awards, proof of just how impactful our volunteers are.

Volunteers were honored across multiple categories. Volunteers received national Girl Scouts of the USA awards, including the Appreciation Pin. Others were recognized with council-specific honors, such as Juliette’s Pearls, a cumulative award that celebrates ongoing contributions to our mission and strategic goals.

To every volunteer: Thank You. Your commitment empowers Girl Scouts to build girls of courage, confidence, and character who make the world a better place.
