Cadettes celebrate World Thinking Day

Cadettes in Troop 71264 in Lancaster earned their World Thinking Day Award by participating in 3 activities:

A group of seven girls wearing vests standing in front of a blue wall, each holding colorful paper chains they made.
  1. Eight girls completed 100 acts of kindness in 3 weeks, keeping track by filling out each act on a slip. At the beginning of every meeting, they stapled these acts into loops on their Kindness Chain.
  2. They made friendship knots out of Girl Scout Trefoil bandanas and then blindly traded, signifying that they’re all linked as a troop.
  3. The last activity was the Timeline of Thinking where Cadettes had to come up with Global,
Guiding, and Personal layers in their timeline.

This project was submitted to Girl Scouts via our Mission Moment form. Have a story to share from your troop? We welcome your submission.
